PHP Program

• Six hours per day, five days a week

Premiere Adolescent IOP - Intensive Outpatient

• Lowest level of care before deciding if a higher level is more appropriate
• Care determined will be based on a comprehensive assessment and ASAM requirements
• Some factors of the assessment may include:
• Self-harm
• Suicidal ideation (SI)
• Untreated trauma
• Oppositional defiance disorders
• Suspected personality disorders

IOP Program

• In-person or virtual options
• Three hours per day, three days a week
• Individual, group & family therapy sessions
• Same range of modalities offered in PHP!
• Comprehensive assessments
• Case management
• Transportation for Medicaid clients (can be provided by MTM)
