1. Call Us.

Call our Helpline at 208-505-9990 to speak with an Admissions Coordinator. Our Helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any of your drug or alcohol-related questions and to provide immediate help.

2. Complete a Pre-Intake Assessment.

Our Admissions Coordinator will do a quick pre-intake assessment with you over the phone to gather some initial information. This information will include:

  • Types of substances being abused

  • Length and frequency of use

  • Any past addiction treatment

  • Areas of significant distress

  • Employment and living situation

  • Other medical conditions

3. Provide Financial Information.

To assist in a rapid intake process, our Admissions Coordinators will request patient insurance information and obtain permission to contact your insurance company. You can simply fill out our Insurance Screening Form online now to expedite this process. Benefits will be speedily determined as we have streamlined the process to make it simple for our patients to get into treatment quickly. If you wish to self-pay or would like to find out about financing options, simply inform your Admissions Coordinator.

4. Make Travel Arrangements.

Our facility is in Pocatello, Idaho. For those patients who are flying to our facility, assistance with travel arrangements can be handled by our Admissions Coordinators. All patients arriving by plane should fly into Pocatello Airport. Prearranged ground transportation will be waiting for patients arriving at the airport. It is not recommended that patients drive themselves to treatment; however, if it is necessary, there is plenty of parking available on site. Please note that while the facility is in a secure environment, there is no special security provided for the parking lot.
